Bozhena launched RANOK Agency in March 2020 to implement her life-long dream of building a business that would focus on impact first. Bozhena’s career started off in media in positions of a Tech Journalist, Managing Editor, Creative Director, and CEO. Through her work in media, Bozhena has published over 100 articles, produced hundreds of videos for English-speaking audiences, and fundraised over $17,000 in venture capital for a media startup she was appointed to run at 23 years old. Right before starting RANOK, Bozhena ventured into becoming an independent Digital Marketing Consultant and Strategist for media and tech companies and helped dozens of companies through her expert advice and guidance. Willing to help more companies, Bozhena united a team of SMM specialists around the goal of helping them make a real difference in the world through social media in a professional way. And that’s how RANOK was born. Fun fact? Bozhena interviewed will.i.am from Black Eyed Peas when she was attending the World Economic Forum in 2017. That’s it. That’s the fact. We’re blown away.
Account Manager & Paid Ads Specialist
Yulia joined RANOK as Paid Ads Specialist and was shortly promoted to Account Manager where she is responsible for managing teams, performance reports, work process optimization, editing, and tracking. Under Yulia’s supervision, RANOK has excelled at cooperation with dozens of B2B and B2C clients in veterinary, education, mobile apps, SaaS, NGOs, investment funds, and other industries. Yulia has a strong background in paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, having consistently managed over $3,000 in monthly advertising budget per client. Fun fact? Yulia’s career in paid advertising started from her own side hustle, where she learned how to set up ads to sell customized T-shirts. We’re obnoxiously happy it didn’t work out because Yulia is killing it at RANOK.
Account Manager & SMM Specialist
Liza joined RANOK as a part-time SMM Specialist, and in just over a year has been promoted to Account Manager to oversee content production and optimize work processes on one of RANOK’s biggest scope projects. At RANOK, Liza has acquired strong expertise making authentic content for US-based B2B, B2C businesses, as well as non-profits. Liza’s efforts have brought one of RANOK’s biggest B2B clients over 197,000 users in organic reach in under 10 months. Over time, Liza has also acquired influencer outreach, campaign management, and paid advertising skills. Fun fact? Prior to RANOK, Liza worked at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. This sounds very fancy, so we are proud that Liza chose us afterall.
SMM & Paid Ads Specialist, TikTok UGC Creator
Maryna joined RANOK as a TikTok UGC Creator and has quickly grown into a role of SMM & Paid Ads Specialist, focusing on creating content and setting up advertising for clients in NGO, non-profit, and private equity fields. Maryna is one of RANOK’s most versatile players as her achievements include scoring over 3,000,000 views on TikTok content for a youth entrepreneurship program, getting more than 7,000 new Facebook followers for an investment fund in just one month, and growing a private equity fund’s LinkedIn page 1,800+ followers up with organic content alone. Fun fact? Maryna has recently taken on a new challenge of acquiring a new skill – graphic design. We are beyond excited to see Maryna’s future success in this area!
Senior Graphic Designer
Polina joined RANOK as one of its very first employees, and has grown to a position of Senior Graphic Designer over time, powering the visual aspect of SMM for dozens of RANOK’s clients. Polina has acquired vast experience in creating custom visual style for social media creatives from scratch in terms of SMM Strategies done for clients in veterinary, education, non-profit, mobile apps, female empowerment, marketing, SaaS, private equity, and social enterprise niches. Polina’s strong background in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other digital tools allows her to create dozens of unique creatives for multiple clients weekly. Fun fact? Polina balances her successful career in graphic design with teaching aerial yoga. She might be the person who experiences the least back pain among her teammates, and we all kind of envy her for it.
Alison powers RANOK by editing all of the copy that our creative minds come up with daily. She has worked as an editor for more than a decade, both in journalism and digital marketing. Alison’s expertise is in writing/editing for web and social media, and in search engine optimization. Additionally, Alison specializes in ensuring that content is suited to English-speaking audiences. Fun fact? Bozhena, RANOK’s CEO, met Alison on Instagram! After we learned about Alison’s extensive editing experience and passionate support of Ukraine, we could not resist inviting Alison to work with us! It was one of our best decisions yet.
Yulia joined RANOK as a Graphic Designer to produce visuals for organic and advertising content on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. She has a strong background working in Figma, and delivers dozens of creatives per week for projects in private equity, non-profit, and personal brand niches. Fun fact? Yulia used to work as a librarian. But she took a plunge and gradually switched to build a career in graphic design. We’re quite thankful she did.
Anastasia is responsible for creating organic content and managing pages of RANOK’s clients in non-profit and private equity industries. Her previous experience in SMM includes growing profiles of business and personal brands in HR, beauty, and recreation niches. Fun fact? Anastasia’s side hustle is English tutoring. She can spot all of your grammatical errors. No pressure.
